Stride to Health is located in quaint and historical downtown Simsbury, CT.  We are only steps away from the running trails of the Farmington Valley Greenway (a.k.a. the “Rails to Trails”).

We are located in the rear of 730 Hopmeadow St., which is right across the street from The Simsbury 1820 House and The Simsbury Public Library, right next to Swiss Cleaners (See map below).  Feel free to stop in or give us a call to schedule an appointment.
